According to EUs general regulation on data protection 2016/679 (hereafter called «GDPR»), active from the 25th of may 2018, we wish to inform you about the data we prosess when you visit the website of Apollo Lofoten, and in cases where you recieve information.

 

Apollo Lofoten is responsible for prosessing the data, which means we are responsible to how your data is collected and being used. We respect your personal information and will protect your personal data that we prosess. All personal information is being prosessed according to applicable legislation on data protection. Below we describe how we collect and prosess the data.

 

Personal information

When ordering from Apollo Lofoten we need your name, adress and email. This is necessary to be able to send your order to the right adress and contact you if needed. We are imposed to store the information regarding accounting, fee handling and possibly warranty-/return handling for 5 years according to norwegian law "see: Lovdata". This data will not be deleted. Regarding safety messaures we also saving the IP-adress used to register the order.

Personal imformation to third party

Apollo Lofoten does not sell personal information to a third party, nor switch or forward such information to a third party. Outsiders can only get access to the information if necessary to perform specific tasks for Apollo Lofoten. In such cases strict agreements will be activated in order to secure the safety of the information, in addition Apollo Lofoten will always be in charge of how the prosesss of the information goes.
